A Bit About Andrea
An eclectic, integrative therapist, Andrea believes the journey surrounding mental health is uniquely individual and deeply personal. She brings empathy, trust, understanding and humor to each experience. Andrea works with children, adolescents and adults, and couples. Areas of expertise include postpartum mood, trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, mood disorders, and family/system conflict.
Andrea is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). Areas of special study while pursuing her graduate degree include best practices for treating perinatal mood disorders and integrative multicultural approach to perinatal mood disorders therapy.
She has lectured as well as designed coursework to further the education, and awareness of best practices for treating postpartum mood disorders across diverse cultures and demographics. She has guest lectured at various colleges and universities. Andrea is also a certified full spectrum doula, childbirth and infant care educator and the executive director of The Birthing Circle, a Maryland based non-profit supporting families through reproduction, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and the parenting years.
She received her master’s degree in counseling from Hood College.

A Bit About Kelly
With 28 years of dedicated experience as a registered nurse treating patients across the lifespan, I am thrilled to embark on my new journey as a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) offering
medication management and supportive psychotherapy. My extensive background has provided me with a deep understanding of patient care across all age groups. I am particularly excited to bring this wealth of
experience into my new role, focusing on a holistic approach to mental health.
I believe in treating the whole person, integrating evidence-based practices with a compassionate understanding of each individual’s unique path to wellness. My approach is also deeply rooted in trauma-informed care,
ensuring a safe and supportive environment for adults.

A Bit About Gaby
Collaborative and inviting, Gaby holds a deep respect for each person's lived experiences. She believes that therapy is a place to explore adaptation to our shifting inner and outer worlds, and that practicing self-curiosity in the context of our social ecosystems is the key to meaningful change. Gaby is an ERYT200 trauma-informed yoga instructor and is passionate about mindfulness, movement, and play in processing challenges. She offers bilingual services (English/Spanish, English/Farsi).
Gaby is a Graduate Mental Health Counseling Intern at Care of Self Center. After a corporate career and hospitality work, she is completing her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Hood College, with a specialized certificate in Trauma, Crisis, Grief, and Loss.

A Bit About Grace
Grace is a graduate student at McDaniel College studying to receive her Master’s degree in mental health counseling. She has primarily worked with children in the mental health field, but would like to work with other age groups as well. Grace is interested in working with individuals that are struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and schizophrenia.
